View Calendar

All the fitness amenities at the CORE will address the full range of fitness needs. There will be a large selection of cardio and strength pieces available for use. There will also be a fitness staff available to assist with the equipment, if needed. We are considering programming in the CORE FIT areas for children, teens, adults and seniors. Plans are being made for youth and teen fitness certifications.

studio & wellness classes

Group fitness class opportunities at the CORE are based on community interest and who is available and experienced in the area to teach the class. Anyone interested in becoming a group fitness instructor will have the opportunity to audition in the coming months. Classes have the potential to be offered during all hours of operation.

There are two studios in the CORE, one of which has a resilient athletic flooring with an overhead truss for suspension training. The CORE will also have specialized equipment, such as Spin bikes, in order to provide this very popular group fitness class. The second studio has a hardwood floor with mirrored walls and a ballet bar.

Wellness classes will feature health related topics and educational sessions, such as Ageless Grace (neuroplacticity), nutrition classes, financial management, weight loss programs, stress management, to name a few of the classes already being considered. Again, selection will be based on interest and availability of instructors in the area.

A full schedule of studio and wellness classes will be available prior to the opening of the CORE and will be available for viewing 24/7 on the website/app calendars and on Facebook. Information can be found in the Parks & Rec Program Guide and on flyers, both of which will be available at the CORE once the facility is open.
